1. Can I submit my proposal after the grant call end date and time?
You have to ensure that your applications are both verified and endorsed before the grant call deadline. Otherwise, it will be considered as withdrawn (system will set the status to Withdrawn for proposals that have not been verified or endorsed on time).
For those returned for amendment, as long as the first submission was endorsed before the grant call end date & time, you’ll still be able to submit even after the deadline has passed.
2. As an HI Endorser (DOR), when is the cut-off date to endorse submissions?
The cut-off time for endorsements is the same as the grant call’s end date and time. If a submission isn’t endorsed in time, it will be marked as "Proposal Withdrawn at Application", along with a note explaining the reason.
3. How can I download an application package for offline review?
On the Dashboard page, you can download an HTML copy of your submission by clicking on "View Form", "Download submission". The downloaded HTML copy will contain all the submission inputs including file name(s) of the uploaded file(s). However the uploaded files are not attached in the HTML copy. Please go to "Project details", "Documents" to separately download each uploaded file.
4. Can I bulk export application packages?
Bulk export is not currently available, but we’ve heard this feedback and added it to our feature backlog for future consideration.
5. I received a closed invitation to apply for a grant, how do I access the application form?
Applicants can accept the invitation and access the application form via the following steps.
- Click on the link in the email invitation received. Click “Accept” on the acceptance page (user must be logged in to RGP). User will be directed to the application form.
- After having accepted the invitation, user can navigate from the Dashboard as well. Choose to view as “Applicant”.
- Click "Drafts" tab on dashboard.
- Click "View Form" to access the draft application form.
6. I received an "Invalid page" error after clicking on the closed invite link in email / No draft form in "Drafts" dashboard.
This is likely due to removal/expiry of closed invitation. Kindly reach out to the agency's contact listed in the email for more information.
7. I do not receive email notifications from RGP on form transition. What should i do?
The full email notifications are under development.
