Pre-Application: Login via Corppass
1. How do I log in to the ApplySG Portal with Corppass?
You will need a Corppass account to access the ApplySG Portal as an organisation applicant. If your business does not have a Corppass administrator, find out how to appoint one.
If you have a Corppass administrator, get them to create an account for you and assign an appropriate ApplySG e-Service role, so you can access the Portal.
Login Guide:
- Select "Login" in the landing page
- Select "Organisation (Corppass)" in the log in page
- Authenticate you login with your Corppass credentials
2. What are the "Apply.gov User" and "Apply.gov User Admin" roles on the Apply.gov e-service?
Apply.gov User Admin:
This is a role that is assigned to an organisation’s user admin, who will be able to access the Admin Portal to approve / reject access requests from the users in your organisation.
Apply.gov User Admin will only be able to manage users that have requested roles as an Apply.gov Editor or Apply.gov Viewer.

This is a role that is given to normal users, not needing user admin access, who will need to transact on the ApplySG Portal For e.g. Apply.gov Editor, Apply.gov Viewer. To request for roles, click "Profile" and select the relevant roles under "Roles" dropdown and click "Request".

3. How do I assign ApplySG Corppass roles to access the ApplySG Portal?
- Login to Corppass. Under "e-Service Access" tab, select "Assign selected e-Services".
- Select relevant user account(s) to assign the e-Service(s). Click "Next".
- To access ApplySG Portal, select “ApplyGov” e-Service under “Government Technology Agency of Singapore”. Click “Next”.
- Under Role, select ApplyGov User Admin or ApplyGov User and indicate the authorisation effective and expiry dates. Click “Next”.
- Verify the request and click “Submit”.
- Your assigned user(s) will now able to access ApplySG Portal via Corppass login with the assigned roles.
