1. How do I submit a Change Request / Claim / Cash Advancement for an accepted application?
Only your company's Preparer and Acceptor in Corppass can create and submit forms. Viewers are not authorised to create and submit forms.
To find out what your Corppass role is, look for the role label next to your login account name, in the masthead.
If you are the Preparer or Acceptor for your company, click "View Project" for the approved grant from the ‘All grants’ tab on the ‘My Grants’ page.
Click "Submit New" for the form that you wish to submit.
